The steps to listen to Apple Music offline on Mac or PC are similar to the ones on iPhone and Android.

How to Download Apple Music on Your Mac or PC:

Step 1: Open your iTunes on your Mac/PC and log into your account.

Step 2: Go to Search bar and search for your favorite songs, playlists and albums.

Step 3: Add your songs from Apple Music to iTunes Library.

Step 4: Click on ellipses(…) > Add to Library/a playlist.

Step 5: Go to the iTunes Library you add your songs to, and choose song, playlist and albums.

Step 6: To download a certain song, click the Songs tab in the Library, then select the song you wish to download by clicking the Download button.

To download a particular playlist, select it from the Playlists menu, then click the ellipses (...) icon > Download. Alternativeely, you can immediately right-click > Download on the playlist you choose in the sidebar.

To download a specific album, go to the Library, select the Albums tab, and then click the Download button next to the album cover.

Step 7: Click the Download button in the upper-right corner of the iTunes desktop software to start the download. From here, you should be able to monitor it. You can verify your downloads by clicking the Downloaded tab in the sidebar when the download has been completed successfully.

How to Play Apple Music Offline on Your Mac & PC:

For Mac:

Step 1: On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings.

Step 2: Click Network in the sidebar, and then click Wi-Fi.

Step 3: Turn off Wi-Fi, go back to iTunes Library and you can play them offline.

For PC:

Step 1: Open the Settings on PC, click Network, Volume, or Battery on the taskbar.

Step 2: Turn on the Airplane Mode.

Step 3: Go back to iTunes Library for offline playing.
